The charming Didier Picq has been making definitive Chablis for a long time now, so we are delighted to have his wines among our Burgundian greats. Based in Chichée, just a few miles from Chablis itself, Didier makes floral, chalky mineral Chablis of vibrancy and energy. Unadulterated by oak, they tease the palate and make excellent company for the classic Chablis pairings.
