Since 2000, husband and wife Mark and Teresa Aubert have produced some of California’s top-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Aubert focuses on single-vineyard wines with their offering spanning four appellations. Their minimalist approach to intervention produces small release, artisanal wines of the highest calibre. In the vineyards, their ‘Elegant Farming’ ethos sees them working with the vines, seasonally, in rhythmic cycles to ensure exceptional quality.
